The Jacob & the Texel are equipped with all the same luxury items

These luxurious Pods are equipped with all the things you will need for your stay. Each pod has gas central heating, hot and cold running water, en-suite toilet and shower, kitchen with a two ring electric hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle. There are two double beds, one fixed and one king size sofa bed. There is a TV with built in Freeview. There is also a Bluetooth stereo systems to allow you to connect your phone and play your music. There is a paved patio area and a timber deck at the front of the pods with a picnic bench. Parking is provided next to the pod for 1 car.

We have gas barbeques and fire pits for you to use at no extra charge. There is a children’s play area with swings, slide, basketball net, goal posts and a trampoline. There are also a selection of games for you children to play outdoors. For the smaller children there are peddle tractors. 

We have lots of animals on the farm for you to see, Donkeys, horses, sheep and Lambs.

The Texel and the Jacob pods now have their own log burner hot tub that is exclusivley for the use of the guests of the pod. This can be hired for an additional cost.

The Herdwick Pod is equippted with all the things as the other two pods but with some extras

The Herdwick Pods is equipped with all the things you will need for your stay. The pod has underfloor heating, hot and cold running water, en-suite toilet and larger shower, kitchen with a two ring electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle. There are two double beds, one fixed and one king size sofa bed. There is a TV with built in Freeview. There is a concrete patio area and a large timber deck at the front of the pod with a picnic bench. There is a hot tub that can be hires for the duration of your stay at an additional cost. Parking is provided next to the pod for 1 car.

We have gas barbeques for you to use for an extra charge.
